These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wee999 ("wee999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the wee999 website, mobile platform, gaming products, sportsbook, and associated payment services.

All bets, transactions and actions taken from your account before you notify us of a security breach remain your responsibility.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, wee999 may request identity verification documents at the time of registration or at any later point. Documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it – and any winnings derived from it – can be withdrawn as real money. Free bets are credited as non-withdrawable stake. If a free bet wins, the winnings (minus the free bet stake value) are credited as real withdrawable funds. Free bet stakes do not form part of the return.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, casino games, slots and other gaming products available on the wee999 platform.

Sports Betting: All bets placed through the wee999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules govern outcomes in the event of match abandonment, player withdrawal, venue changes and other exceptional circumstances. • In the unlikely event of a game malfunction or technical failure, the round in which the malfunction occurred will be voided and the bet returned.

• Any technical failure, error or malfunction in a game or betting product, for which the remedy is limited to a void of the affected round and return of the stake.
• Any third-party actions, including fraudulent activity targeting your account that you failed to report promptly after becoming aware of it.

wee999 does not make any warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics and match information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wee999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

wee999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.
• Court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting wee999 customer support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm or preserve rights pending resolution of a dispute through the above process.
